An index of public notices for Port St. Lucie: where Florida's official legal notices are published, city agendas, hearings, elections and how to search them.

Last checked Oct. 10, 2026. This page is an index, not an official publication. It points to the places where legal notices for Port St. Lucie and St. Lucie County are officially published. Sources: Florida Statutes section 50.0211 and section 50.0311, the City of Port St. Lucie and the St. Lucie County Supervisor of Elections.

Public notices tell you what your governments plan to do before they do it: rezonings, budgets, bids, foreclosure sales, election changes and more. In Florida, the official version of a legal notice appears in one of the places state law sets out. This page helps you find them.

Where official notices are published

  1. The statewide website. When a legal notice runs in a newspaper’s print edition, Florida law requires the newspaper to also post it on the Florida Press Association’s floridapublicnotices.com, which keeps a searchable archive. Filter by St. Lucie county or by newspaper, and sign up for email or text alerts on keywords such as your street name.
  2. The newspaper’s own website. The same law requires the newspaper to post the notice the same day on a “Legal Notices” page of its site.
  3. The county website. Under section 50.0311, a city, county, school board or other local government may instead publish legally required notices on the county’s official website when that costs less than a newspaper.

Search more than one of these if you are tracking a particular matter.
